Hello Kim,
I understand this issue you are experiencing with the flagon type bottle. The pouring works better by turning the bottle sideways which improves pouring and the use of a funnel with the refill bottle will also help in reducing spillage.
We moved away from the 'Boston' shaped bottle for three reasons. The cost of the bottle was greater which would make the product more expensive, the length of the bottle which increased the shipping cost of sending dangerous goods through Post Hastes network and lastly the issues we experienced with leakage in transit which is not ideal with dangerous goods.
We are also limited to what packaging we use as we can only use HDPE bottles and there are not many choices.
Selling larger quantity prep products have always been an issue with packaging. It is the same for all flagon bottles.
We are currently designing a new 250ml bottle which will be available in 2025 that is very similar to the NSI range of 240ml bottles. These will have pouring nozzles and the sanitisation bottle with be a pump spray.
Kind regards
