Really impressed with this e-file

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this e-file given the affordable price. I have used it for a week so far and the digital display, pause function F/R buttons are really easy to use. Very little vibration in the handpiece. Comes with a stand and bits too which was a nice bonus. Thanks team!

Have not received after 19 days

Very disappointed as charged on ordering

As it stipulated on my website when you made the purchase at the top of the description in red, the file was on backorder until May the 8th.

Yes, you were charged at the time, this is how we have a waiting list for the files as they are so popular. Twelve other people were waiting for this order to come in which is why we do this. It was clearly expalined which was overlooked and it is also in my terms and conditions.

You made the purchase on April the 22nd, 17 days before we expected the files. Unfortunatley, I have no control over shipping times, it is the hands of the courier. There were delays after but putting a 1 star review after 2 days when it was over the actual timeframe stipulated is extremely unfair.
