What It Does

TCG Chrome Powders create a smooth, mirror-like metallic finish with intense reflection and colour clarity.
When applied over TCG Chrome Base Coat, they produce a flawless chrome effect that resists dulling, fading, and chipping.
Suitable for use over both gel polish and enhancement surfaces, they deliver long-lasting shine when sealed correctly.

TCG Chrome Application Instructions

1. Nail Prep (for best adhesion):
• Shape and gently buff the natural nail.
• Cleanse with a TCG Lint Free Wipe and TCG Dehydrator & Cleanser
• Apply TCG Dehydrator & PH Bonder and allow to air dry.
• Apply TCG Acid Free Primer sparingly and let it dry completely.
• Apply TCG Base Coat and cure for 30 seconds under LED.
• Apply your chosen TCG Gel Polish Colour and cure as directed. Alternatively, just use TCG Chrome Base Coat over unpolished nail for a softer look.
• Finish colour application with a layer of TCG Chrome Base Coat and cure for 30 seconds under LED
• Do not cleanse after curing.

Application

1. Apply TCG Chrome Powder.
• Using a sponge applicator, silicone tool, or finger cot, gently rub TCG Chrome Powder onto the cured TCG Chrome Base Coat surface.
• Apply with light pressure and circular motions until the chrome finish appears smooth and mirror-like.
• Continue buffing until even coverage is achieved.
2. Remove excess powder.
• Use a soft brush to gently remove loose particles from around the cuticle and free edge.
3. Seal the surface.
• Apply a thin, even layer of TCG Stain Resistant Top Coat to seal the chrome layer.
• Be sure to cap the free edge to prevent chipping.
• Cure under LED for 60 seconds (or 2 minutes under UV).

Finishing

1. Cool and cleanse.
• Allow nails to cool for 30 seconds after curing.
• If necessary, lightly cleanse to remove any remaining residue.
• Apply TCG Cuticle Protector Oil or TCG Pineapple Cuticle Oil to nourish and finish.

Pro Tips

• Always apply chrome over TCG Chrome Base Coat — its non-tacky finish ensures perfect adhesion and maximum shine.
• Avoid touching the nail before applying powder to prevent fingerprints.
• Use small amounts of powder — a little goes a long way for full coverage.
• Always seal with TCG Stain Resistant Top Coat to lock in the metallic finish and prevent dulling.
• For best finish, buff the nail before TCG Base Coat.
• Store powders away from light and moisture to preserve colour integrity.

This product is just compressed powder. Sometimes the product can become loose and be broken up on delivery. This is such a light powder that this can happen but it does not affect the use of the product as the wand will still be able to pick the product up. We do not replace or refund if this happens as the product can still be pressed and used if it is in a powder form.
