Nail Technician Course $3600

NSI Education offers a relaxed, comfortable, warm, environment to learn in.

This training program is designed to educate you in all aspects of nail technology, giving you a solid base of knowledge and experience.
It is based on technique not speed.This course is ideal for absolute beginners to Nail Technicians wanting to up skill or start back up after a number of years.

How much will it cost me?

The Nail Technician Course is $3,600.The course is 8 Days 9-5pm each day and then you will be required to compile your portfolio for final assessment (the portfolio is done in your own time after the course has ended).This is not an introductory course, this will give you the skills and certification to become a Nail Technician and our Certification is recognised worldwide and our educators are trained by NSI Global Educators in the USA.

What does my fee get me?

60 hours education time (including practical) + up to 60 hours of self managed training to compile your portfolio.
An education manual, Acrylic Professional Kit, Balance Elite Hard Gel Professional Kit, Polish Pro Kit, Simplicite Polydip sampler Kit, NSI Dual Cure Rechargeable LED Lamp*.

Certificates gained:

When will I be qualified?

After you have completed your 60 hour course, you are then required to complete a portfolio.This is for us to see the progression of your work and put you on the right track if there are areas that need working on.

The portfolio required, is to complete 20 full sets of nails with photos(10 sculptured and 10 tips).You will receive 5 Internationally recognised NSI Certificates by our NSI accredited educator.

What will be in my course?

Natural hand physiology, salon safety, nail service terminology guide, client consultation, enhancement design, tipping enhancement solutions for problem nails, acrylic enhancements, gel enhancements, acrylic rebalancing, removal manicures, Simplicite Polydip system and troubleshooting quizzes.

Ongoing support whenever you need help, supported by our Facebook Support page.

Please note: *Kits may vary from time to time, due to circumstances out of our control. If this occurs, we will provide full sized products for as much as we can provide and to the same or greater value.

You can choose to pay in full or by the payment plan offered.

Please note there are terms and conditions to the payment plans.

The payment plan is charged as follows:$50 per week for 72 weeks = $3,600. The weekly maintenance fee is $2.50 per week =$180and the set up fee for your account = $15.The total cost for your tuition, kits, manual, certificate, portfolio and any information/ questions you may have will be $3600. There are no hidden charges.
The advantage of paying in full is a $195 saving.

Once we have received your first instalment, we will send through an e-contract and direct debit form to complete.
Please note: before you are confirmed on to a course, we must receive the minimum of the deposit $500 (non refundable) The rest of our terms are in the contract which will be sent to you.
If you would like to pay it straight away, please email me at education@nails.co.nz and let me know.
I will then adjust the direct debit form to collect the deposit on the first payment. If you want to sit a course very close to the start date, the minimum amount that needs to be paid is $1750, if this is not possible, then we will book you in on the next available course.

Hard Gel Course $2000

This course is 4 days, 9-5pm each day with a portfolio to compile after the course has been completed which is done in your own time.

The Advanced Gel Course includes a comprehensive kit for $2000 inc GST including tuition and certification.
This is not an introductory course, this will give you the skills and certification to be a technician in all aspects of Gel Technology.

Our Certification is recognised worldwide and our educators are trained by NSI Global Educators.
This course is suitable for complete beginners to experienced Nail Technicians wanting to up skill.

What does my fee get me?

Included in your fee is: 30 hours classroom education time (including practical) + up to 30 hours of self managed training to compile your portfolio. Education manual, Balance Elite hard gel professional kit, Polish Pro kit, Balance Elite rechargeable LED lamp.

When will I be qualified?

The payment plan is charged as follows:$50 per week for 40 weeks = $2000.The weekly maintenance fee is $2.50 per week =$97.50 and the set up fee for your account = $15. The total cost for your tuition, kits, manual, certificate, portfolio and any information/ questions you may have will be $2110.50.

There are no hidden charges. The advantage of paying in full is a $110.50 saving.
Once we have received your first instalment, we will send through an e-contract and direct debit form to complete.
Please note: before you are confirmed on to a course, we must receive the minimum of the deposit $300 (non refundable)

The rest of our terms are in the contract which will be sent to you. If you would like to pay it straight away, please email me at education@nails.co.nz and let me know. I will then adjust the direct debit form to collect the deposit on the first payment. If you want to sit a course very close to the start date, the minimum amount that needs to be paid is $950, if this is not possible, then we will book you in on the next available course.

Acrylic Course $1800

The course is 4 days, 9-5pm Each day including a full comprehensive kit for $1800 inc GST.

This is not an introductory course, this will give you the skills and certification to become a technician in all aspects of Acrylic technology.

Our Certification is recognised worldwide and our educators are trained by NSI Global Educators.

What does my fee get me?

Gel Polish Application Course Starting from $399

NSI Education offers a relaxed, comfortable, warm, purpose classroom, environment to learn in.

This training program is designed for beginners or to up skill in a new system.

How much will it cost me?

The Gel Polish Application Course is $399 or $549 with a lamp.

The course is 1 Day 9-5pm.

What does my fee get me?

8 hours education time (including practical),education manual, LED lamp (if you have chosen this in your course) Polish Pro Scarlet, Essential Bond, Essential Base Coat, Essential Seal, BIAB & Rubber Base, 7ml Nurture Cuticle Oil, 50 Lint Free Wipes, 59ml Cleanse, 59ml Nail Pure Dehydrator, 180/240 Buffer.

This training program is designed for beginners or to up skill in a new system.

The Dipping Course is $399 or $549 with a lamp.The course is 1 Day 9-5pm.

What does my fee get me?

8 hours education time (including practical),education manual, LED lamp (if you have chosen this in your course), Simplicite' Sampler Kit, 7ml Nurture Cuticle Oil, 50 Lint Free Wipes, 59ml Cleanse, 59ml Nail Pure Dehydrator, 180/240 Buffer.
