There are two different replacement heads you can buy. One with a rounded head and the other with a small point for finer work.

pretty good

the idea is great keeps the finger tidy and easyer to clean up if any gets in the cuticle area. I do think its should be easyer to change the sponge and show videos on the best way to get the nice gradient.
