Educational Personnel

All our tutors are experienced Nail Technicians who have undergone advanced technical training as educators in the nail industry. Their hands on experience includes backgrounds in "Nails Only" salons and management of nail and beauty businesses. Their credits include overall championship and trophy wins in nail competitions here and in Australia, New Zealand senior judging, and guest judging overseas. Their combined skills and experience bring a wealth of practical and technical knowledge to the classroom, where students achieve a high standard in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our commitment is to maintain the highest possible level of professionalism in teaching, thus providing a stimulating and sympathetic learning environment for maximum success.

Course Information

Class numbers are limited to four students to ensure adequate personal attention. The Diploma in Nail Technology covers sculptured nails, tips and overlays, backfills, gel application, manicure and pedicure. The course also covers temporary tips, French Polish options and Nail Art, fibreglass and information on new technology and products. A brief introduction into salon and business management, marketing and promotion. Theory includes nail anatomy, diseases, disorders and safety in the salon. The Academy will support you with product, equipment and models whilst training. A personal training manual and kit is provided. The course fee includes tuition, examination and assessment certification, graduation badge and gifts. Visits to the Academy are welcomed and course dates available at your request.
